Shipping policy

Delivery has taken place when the buyer, or the buyer's representative, has taken possession of the item.

If the time of delivery is not stated in the ordering system, the seller shall deliver the item to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the customer's order. The item shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.

Normal processing time for the order is the same or the next day, and shipping time depends on the selected shipping method: usually 1-5 days.
